Where The Goods Ship From?

We ship internationally from Hong Kong China, to over 100 countries around the world. If you cannot find your country on the checkout page, it means this country cannot be delivered for uncontrollable reasons. All costs incurred by the customs are borne by customer; we can cover part of your loss with shopping credits.

Shipping Methods We Offer

Option 1. Standard shipping (Normally 8-12 Working days)

We offer free standard shipping for orders price over $79. Please refer to the payment page to confirm the free standard shipping info. We will offer free standard shipping service automatically if your order price reaches our policy. If your order is under $79, you need to pay a little shipping fee.

Note: Orders from specific countries don't have standard Shipping; please contact us for further help.

Option 2.Express Shipping (Normally 5-8 Working days)

We provide Express shipping for orders price over $180. Since there is different shipping fee for different shipping countries. Please refer to the checkout page to confirm the shipping fee info.

Note: Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number by Email from us. If you don't receive it by any chance, please contact us at: service@kaykelly.com.

Track Your Order

After we send out your order, an automatic shipment email with the tracking number will be sent to the email address which you have used to place your order. In this email just get the tracking URL of the shipping courtier and tracking number, then you will see the latest update of your parcel.

So please ensure you have given the right email address of yours so that you can receive the automatic shipment email from us, if you have not received the email in 3 days, you can just send us an email to service@kaykelly.com asking for the shipment information.

At the same time, you can also log in your account to get the tracking number if you have not received the shipment email. Just following the steps below:

  1. Click "Log in" on the right top corner of any webpage, and you will be taken to "My Account" dashboard page.
  2. Click "My Orders" on the left Menu, it will show you your recent orders.
  3. Click "View Details", you will see the tracking number on the upper.

Order Status:

  • Processing: we have received the payment and the order has been sent to our fulfillment centers.
  • Complete: complete means we have sent the order but not means the customer has received the order.
